CBLife is making significant investments in technology, as demonstrated by their recent launches of eApplication and eDelivery for our annuity products. Effective October 1, 2018, CBLife moved to a 100% paperless application process. Please note the following deadline and transition information:
- October 5, 2018: Last day CBLA 3, 5 & 7 paper applications signed on or before September 30, 2018 in good order can be received by the home office by fax, email or mail. It is important paperwork submitted be clean and complete. Paper applications submitted after October 5, 2018 may be returned to the producer.

As a reminder:
- eDelivery distributes the approved issued annuity contract submitted directly to the client within 48 hours of issuance. CBLife also communicates to producers via email that each annuity contract was successfully eDelivered to their client. In addition, producers can check the status of their policies in the “My Cases” section of the eApplication.
