Levels of E&O coverage
- Tier 1: Includes coverage for the sale and servicing of Life Insurance (other than variable life), Accident & Health Insurance, Long Term Care, Medicare Supplements, Disability Income Insurance, and Fully Insured Group Accident & Health product. A $500 deductible applies to claims involving these products.
- Tier 2: Includes coverage for the above products in Tier 1 as well as Fixed Annuities and Fixed Indexed Annuities. A $2,500 deductible applies to claims involving Fixed Annuities and Fixed Indexed Annuities.
