Update: Delaware Life, Group One Thousand One and a New Look

You may recall that in September, Delaware Life Holdings, LLC was renamed Group One Thousand One, LLC. Group One Thousand One, LLC is the direct parent company of Delaware Life Insurance Company and the indirect parent of its subsidiary Delaware Life Insurance Company of New York.

Please note that this rebranding does not affect the terms, conditions or benefits of your clients’ Delaware Life annuity contracts and life insurance policies, or our relationships with our distribution partners. Our management team, office locations, service phone numbers, and other contact information remain unchanged.

In conjunction with the holding company name change, we are making some brand and style improvements. These include the new logo that you see at the top of this email. The circle and rectangle that form the “d” represent our commitment to simple, transparent solutions for our partners and clients.

What We’re Telling Your Clients

Beginning in the first week of April, we are informing all Delaware Life customers—including those whose contracts and policies were formerly serviced by Sun Life Financial—of the holding company name change and new Delaware Life branding.
